JSX Pet Policy

We permit dogs and cats to be transported by customers in-cabin (no other pets are allowed). Small dogs and cats may be transported in a carrier as one carryon, and medium-to-large dogs will have to abide by the regulations listed below (see question: Does JSX permit medium-to-large dogs?). There is no charge to the customer for transporting a pet in-cabin if that pet is in a carrier. All in-cabin pets in carriers must be in an approved carrier (13" WIDTH x 11" HEIGHT x 17" LENGTH (DEPTH)) that will fit comfortably under the seat in front of them for the duration of flight. Pet carriers must be leak-proof and well ventilated. Customers are responsible for complying with any applicable laws and/or governmental regulations of the destinations, including supplying valid health and rabies vaccination certificates when required. All rules about pets are subject to change. The in-cabin pet will be considered as the one allowable personal item on board the aircraft.
