JSX Baggage Policy

Hop On fares are entitled to 2 bags weighing 50 lbs each at no additional cost. All In fares are permitted 3 bags at 50 lbs each. Extra or overweight baggage will be subject to additional fees. To find a list of differences that each fare incorporates please click here. Please communicate any additional, abnormally sized or extra heavy luggage 48 hours prior to your flight. You can bring one personal item onboard and it must fit completely underneath the seat in front of you. Maximum dimensions are 13" Width x 11" Height x 17" length/depth. Items larger than these dimensions must be checked and will count against each Customer’s baggage allowance.
